东北财经大学会计学院副教授。复旦大学博士，浙江大学管理学院博士后，浙江大学资本市场研究中心研究员。德克萨斯大学达拉斯分校访问学者，主要研究领域公司金融、实证会计、资产定价。在重点期刊发表过多篇学术论文。
