Main Content:
China has become the second largest equity investment market in the world. In recent years, as the return rate of the real economy declines, more and more industrial capitals are set up and participate in financial institutions. Accordingly, financial capital also needs to “deviate from reality”. Two types of capitals play against each other and form the trend of integration of industry and finance. At the same time, the diversified exit channels, the rise of private capital and the guidance of the government's policies are all conducive to the development of the PE market. As the “Phoenix Action” plan going on, whose core is corporate listing , mergers and acquisitions by Zhejiang government , the private equity industry may usher in a golden period of development.
