Zhejiang University Capital Market Research Center (ZJU-CMRC) is founded by Dr. Jun Chen, an alumnus of the Zhejiang University, founder and chairman of Zijingang Capital. He donated 10 million yuan to set up special funds in school of management dedicated to nurturing students and innovative research.
ZJU-CMRC is committed to its core mission of “Cultivating foremost innovative talents, enhance academic research and laboratory construction", with quantitative investment and entrepreneurial finance as the main research interests. In the field of finance and investment, especially in the direction of quantitative investment and entrepreneurial finance, ZJU-CMRC aims to achieve breakthrough and innovation in scientific research, teaching and other aspects, better serve the schools and universities and social groups to combine scientific research and teaching, taking into account the professional characteristics and market development needs.
ZJU-CMRC has one strong research team with global vision and international competitiveness, owing professors with the awards for “New Century Excellent Talents in University (NCET)” from China’s Ministry of Education and “Thousand Talents” from Zhejiang Provincial Government, and “ZJU100 Young Professor”.
