Recently, Professor Huang Ying, director of the CMRC, wrote a report titled "Feasibility Study on Establishing a  China-Leading Credit Rating Agency for" Think Tank Of Zhejiang University  "as the first article to be published in the latest issue.

The article holds that as a special intermediary service industry in the financial system, credit rating is an important force for safeguarding national financial sovereignty and economic security, and represents a country's position in the international financial service system. Its pricing function enables rating agencies in a certain in the sense of holding the life and death of enterprises and financial markets power. Mastered the credit rating right of speech, which means that mastered the global dominance of information and capital allocation rights, the level of ratings will directly affect the assessed countries or enterprises overseas financing costs and interest rates. The emergence of international financial organizations such as the "Belt and Road" international cooperation framework and the "AIIB" has brought a golden opportunity to China's credit rating agencies. The article finally appealed that under the current historical opportunity, China should initiate a brand new independent international credit rating agency and try to become an important supplement to the three major rating agencies. It also proposed a suggesting plan for setting up a "China-leading" credit rating agency .
