Main Content: In the framework of minimizing the mathematical formula involved, it is essentially a simple and regular scientific investment method to illustrate the quantitative stock investment in popular language and case. Prolonged time-series data demonstrate that using scientific methods to construct investment portfolios by combining investment logic and thinking through modeling can achieve better than average returns while significantly reducing investment costs. The rapid progress and development of information technology has also greatly changed the way human information obtained and processed. We also discuss here the structure of the future investment portfolio and fund development direction, as well as to do whatever it can within the expectations.
Speaker Profile:
Mr. Liu Zhiping, Master of Statistical Physics from Beijing Normal University, MBA from Johnson School of Management at Cornell University, and Ph.D. in Theoretical Physics from Florida State University. He obtained the qualifications 7 and 63 of US Securities Qualifications in 2000 and in 2004 , he was qualified in the American stock exchange qualification series 55 and obtained the qualification of Chinese fund in 2009.
He has served as Managing Director of Bear Stearns Convertible Debt Hedge Fund in New York, USA, Director of Barclays Capital (Asia) Convertible Bonds in Hong Kong and Managing Director of Equity Linked Securities Private Equity in the United States. In 2008, he returned to China as the director of quantitative investment department and member of investment decision-making committee in Shenzhen Southern China Fund. Since May 2016, he has been the chairman of China Quantitative Investment Club. Since June 2017, he has been the founder of Zhuhai Nanshan Lead Assets Management Co., Ltd.
